Retina Display: Strong rumors suggest that the iPad 3 would be coming armed with retina display that would be offering 2048×1536 pixels resolution.
SD Card Slot: There are great expectations among people are that Apple might introduce an SD Card slot in iPad3.
Improved HDMI: iPad 2 supports HDMI playback. However, one needs to buy an additional digital AV adapter costing about $39 more. Hence, expectation from iPad 3 is that it should now be coming with an HDMI port and eliminating the need and requirement for an additional HDMI cable.
